Working in numerous à la carte restaurants across Australia, and owning and running a very successful restaurant myself, I have acquired quite a remarkable reputation in my home country. After a decade of serving exquisite cuisine I decided to bring my skills to Europe. I have gained similar respect over the past four years, cooking on private yachts and catering for high profile villa parties along the Mediterranean.
My culinary skills are wide and varied, covering everything from fine dining and classic Asian fusion to traditional English and Mediterranean. I can cook anything upon request. I pride myself on using fresh, local produce with EVERYTHING made in-house.
